Sokpheak Doeung: Guiding Women Toward Personal Transformation Through Coaching and Sound Healing

Sokpheak Doeung | Founder & CEO | Cosmic Novia Seraph, LLC

Professional success can teach discipline, accountability, and leadership, yet it does not always answer the deeper questions of purpose, identity, and well-being. Sokpheak Doeung encountered that distinction through her own journey, moving from a corporate career into work focused on coaching, healing, and personal transformation.

Her understanding of resilience began much earlier. Born in Thailand to Cambodian refugee parents who survived the Khmer Rouge era and rebuilt their lives in the United States, she grew up with a strong awareness of perseverance. She saw how resilience can become a habit of carrying everything, adapting to circumstances, and continuing forward without stopping to ask what one personally needs.

Entering the corporate world at a young age gave her another set of tools. Her career developed her discipline, accountability, and leadership, while her personal journey gradually called her inward. Achievement could provide progress, but it could not fully satisfy her search for understanding, purpose, and soul remembrance.

Those experiences now inform her work as Founder & CEO of Cosmic Novia Seraph, LLC. Sokpheak approaches transformation through the perspective of someone who understands both professional responsibility and the personal cost of remaining in survival mode. Her work with women focuses on creating space for self-trust, boundaries, compassion, and empowered choice rather than prescribing answers for their lives.

Cosmic Novia Seraph: Purpose and Offerings

Founded in September 2024 in Memphis, Tennessee, Cosmic Novia Seraph, LLC serves professional women worldwide through virtual and in-person experiences designed to support greater balance, clarity, purpose, and self-trust. Founded on the values of authenticity, growth, community, harmony, empowerment, balance, and compassion, its approach combines coaching, sound healing, intuitive reflection, and spiritually inspired practices under the guiding philosophy, “Empowering balance. Awakening purpose. Guiding rebirth.”

At the center is The Empowered Balanced Pathway™, a 12-week, one-on-one program covering six phases: Clarity of Vision, Grounding and Stability, Shadow Work, Time Mastery and Confidence, Purpose and Joy, and Lasting Integration. It includes twelve 60-minute sessions, sound healing, a personalized Celestial Blueprint, and ongoing support.

Other offerings include Celestial Soul Sessions, which combine grounding, meditation, intention setting, and somatic techniques; Cosmic Sound Healing, using crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, and voice; and optional Akashic Soul Records readings. The Seraphic Connection Devotional Codex™ guides users through Awakening, Attunement, and Embodiment, while the free Celestial Coaching Blueprint Workbook follows four phases: stabilize, realign, embody, and ascend.

Sokpheak’s credentials include Certified Sound Therapy and Sound Healing Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, Harvard Management Training in Leadership Development, and designations as Ordained Seraphim Director, Celestial Coach, Akashic Guide, and Voice of the Seraphim.

Perspective on Truth, Purpose, and Inner Honesty

During the stillness of 2020, Sokpheak began asking deeper questions: Who was she beneath everything she did, and what was she here to contribute? That curiosity led her into personal development, contemplative practices, and eventually sound healing. One of her earliest turning points came with purchasing her first crystal singing bowl. Sound allowed her to experience stillness without needing to intellectually understand everything first.

From there, her exploration expanded into Akashic study, intuitive development, spiritual life coaching, and celestial traditions. As Cosmic Novia Seraph evolved, she recognized that the services she created reflected what she had needed in different seasons of her own life. Sound taught her how to stop doing and simply receive, while coaching gave her space to examine patterns and possibilities.

“That is why I do not believe every woman needs the same doorway.” Some need structure, some need stillness, and some simply need a safe space to hear themselves again. Her intuitive and Akashic work remains available for those who resonate with it, never as a requirement. The purpose underneath all of it remains the same: to help each woman feel grounded, clear, and empowered enough to carry that back into her real life.

Finding Strength Through Perspective and Choice

People had been coming to Sokpheak for perspective long before she had a title for what she was doing. At the same time, she was in her own season of giving from an empty cup. She remembers wondering, “Is this ever going to end?” She had become so accustomed to survival that exhaustion almost felt normal.

Eventually, she wanted more than getting through life. She began looking for joy again, taking weekend trips into nature when she felt depleted, and listening to her body instead of treating exhaustion as something to overcome. This personal shift helped her understand how deeply growth could influence the way a person saw herself and her choices.

One experience made the purpose of her work especially clear. A woman came to her carrying something heavy. They sat together, worked with the singing bowls, and explored what was underneath it. By the end, the woman was speaking differently about her purpose, career, relationship with money, and, most importantly, her own worth. Her circumstances had not changed, but her perspective had, allowing her to see choices she had not been able to see before.

“Empowerment is not always giving someone a solution.” For Sokpheak, it means creating enough safety and perspective for someone to remember that she still has choices.

Listening to the Voice Within

Sokpheak shares that soul truth is not something another person reveals to her. It is the deepest place of honesty within her, the part that notices when a boundary has been crossed, when she lives according to someone else’s expectations, or when something in her life asks to change.

“Living in alignment with that truth means hearing myself beneath the noise, and letting my daily life reflect what I actually value.” For her, that means choosing joy, groundedness, and integrity, while pursuing work that opens her heart rather than continually depleting it.

She believes most people are not completely disconnected from their truth. Instead, they may spend so much time overriding it that their own voice begins to sound unfamiliar. Her work encourages greater awareness of that inner voice and creates space to listen to it again with honesty and clarity.

An Approach to Building a Meaningful, Balanced Life

Sokpheak once believed balance meant becoming better at fitting everything into the same day. She no longer believes that. She still has a corporate career she loves while building Cosmic Novia Seraph. She is a mother, wife, daughter, creator, and a woman with a life outside all those roles. Her experiences have taught her that balance does not mean equal distribution. It means discernment. Some seasons require more from her corporate responsibilities, while others allow greater creative expansion. At times, her body tells her that the most productive thing she can do is rest.

“Ambition without self-awareness can quietly become self-abandonment.” She knows this because she lived it. For her, balance does not require becoming less ambitious. It means becoming discerning enough to build a meaningful life without disappearing inside everything she is responsible for. That understanding became the foundation for the Empowered Balanced Pathway™. She wanted to create the support she once needed herself: a space that does not ask a woman to do more, but helps her step back, reconnect with what matters, and build a balance that can exist inside her real life.

Building Cosmic Novia Seraph with Vision and Discipline

Sokpheak’s visionary side allows her to imagine what does not yet exist, while her corporate experience has taught her how to build the structure underneath the vision. Cosmic Novia Seraph may be spiritually inspired, but running it requires practical disciplines across strategy, finance, technology, client experience, compliance, and systems.

She built the foundation of the company alongside a full-time corporate role, developing the website, booking and payment systems, programs, and digital resources. Two years earlier, she could not have explained many of the systems she now understands, yet entrepreneurship pushed her to learn and apply them.

“Entrepreneurship has taught me that inspiration and discipline are not opposites.” For Sokpheak, vision creates possibility, while discipline gives that vision somewhere to live. Her approach reflects her ability to hold deeply personal beliefs alongside the practical work required to turn those beliefs into meaningful, structured, and sustainable work.

Overcoming the Patterns That Hold Us Back

Internal barriers begin when people stop trusting themselves enough to act on what they know. Sokpheak has learned that people may spend so long listening to everyone else that their desires and instincts become difficult to hear. She also recognizes that what looks like fear can sometimes reflect loyalty to an older version of themselves, one that once kept them safe. Letting that identity go can feel uncomfortable because it may require disappointing expectations learned early in life.

Her pattern was shrinking. She learned to make herself smaller, so other people could remain comfortable. Over time, she learned that speaking honestly and compassionately did not mean being disrespectful. “Growth did not ask me to become someone else.” Instead, it asked her to stop abandoning the woman she was becoming. Her experience continues to shape how she understands fear, conditioning, and the courage required to step into potential.

Leading with Groundedness and Compassion

Sokpheak’s understanding of leadership has expanded through her work with individuals experiencing major personal and spiritual transitions. Leadership once meant responsibility, execution, and being someone others could depend on. She still values those qualities, but now sees leadership as presence and groundedness.

For her, it means listening without immediately trying to fix someone, knowing when to speak and when to create silence, and holding boundaries without losing compassion. It also means feeling secure enough in herself that she does not need another person to become like her to validate her leadership. “Empowerment is not creating followers.” She believes true empowerment helps people trust themselves enough to lead their own lives.

Intuition, Discernment, and Better Decisions

Sokpheak does not use intuition as a replacement for critical thinking. She uses it as another source of information, alongside facts, risk, and consequences. For her, intuition means noticing when something looks right on paper but does not feel aligned. She does not reach for intuition when strategy runs out because she believes it runs all the time, in everyone. Most people simply call it something else: the hesitation before sending an email, the reason to return to a number that already looks balanced, or the feeling that something needs another look.

“The skill is not summoning it. It is noticing it early enough to act on and being honest about the difference between intuition and fear.” She gathers information, asks questions, and allows space before making decisions. When intuition and practical reasoning disagree, she slows down and looks for what she has not yet accounted for. For her, discernment is where intuition and practical wisdom meet.

Principles for Creating Trust and Safety

Sokpheak begins by listening. She does not assume that someone who comes to her for guidance wants her to tell them what to do. She does not believe people need to be fixed; instead, she creates space for them to feel heard. Many women have spent years being useful to everyone else, and sometimes they need a place where nothing is being demanded of them.

She builds trust by asking questions, paying attention, respecting boundaries, and never requiring anyone to share her spiritual beliefs. Her approach keeps the focus on the individual and her own sense of direction. “Ethical empowerment means a woman leaves an interaction with me holding more trust in herself than when she arrived, not more dependence on me.” Through this approach, she creates a safe space where people feel genuinely seen, supported, and respected as they navigate personal transformation.

Message to Women Seeking Greater Alignment

Sokpheak believes women who appear successful but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain may not be lost. They may feel exhausted from carrying so much that they have not had quiet to hear themselves. “You are allowed to want a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.” She does not believe they need to leave their careers, reinvent themselves, or make decisions. Instead, she encourages them to become quiet to notice what they need.

Sokpheak invites women to consider what they are carrying that no longer belongs to them, where they have been saying yes while their bodies say no, and which parts of themselves have been waiting for attention. She believes they do not need a person to tell them who they should become. This chapter asks them to come home to themselves and create space for a life that feels their own.

Building the Next Chapter with Intention and Purpose

Sokpheak is increasingly interested in creating work that can support people beyond a single session. She wants her work to reach further than her calendar can and is building resources that allow people to engage with her approach privately and at their own pace. The Seraphic Connection Devotional Codex™ grew from that intention, offering a contemplative resource that moves through the first three phases of awakening, attunement, and embodiment.

She is also developing a book rooted in lived experience, remembrance, and embodiment. In time, she would love to create retreats centered on nature, stillness, sound, and meaningful community. These ambitions reflect her desire to create work that continues beyond individual sessions while remaining connected to her values.

At the same time, she is learning not to force what comes next. “I want the next chapter of Cosmic Novia Seraph to grow from what I have integrated, not from pressure to produce.” Her next stage remains guided by intention, reflection, and meaningful growth.

Breaking Patterns and Creating a Meaningful Legacy

Sokpheak does not measure legacy only by what her name carries. She measures it through the changes people experience when they encounter her work: trusting themselves again, creating healthier boundaries, permitting themselves to rest, or remembering that they still have choices. These moments matter deeply to her.

She comes from a family shaped by resilience and inherited patterns born from survival, culture, and circumstances that previous generations did not have the space or tools to examine. During her own healing, she realized that she did not want to spend her life resenting what she inherited. She wanted to understand it and become conscious about what she chose to continue.

She wants those closest to her to see that people can honor where they come from without becoming confined by it. “I hope my legacy is compassionate courage.” For Sokpheak, that means continuing to learn, remaining humble, transforming what she inherits, and giving others greater permission to become themselves fully. Her legacy also lies in having the courage to stop passing down what no longer needs to continue.
