At Leaders Vision Magazine, we
are committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring a smooth experience for
our clients and subscribers. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund
policy carefully before making any purchase.
Cancellation
Policy
All purchases, advertising
features, interviews, editorial placements, and subscriptions are
considered final once confirmed.
Due to the planning, editorial
scheduling, and production work involved in magazine publishing:
· Orders cannot be canceled once the project, subscription, or feature has
been confirmed.
· Payments made for editorial features, cover stories, interviews,
promotions, or digital/print placements are non-cancelable and
non-transferable.
· No modifications or cancellations will be accepted after confirmation.
Return
Policy
As Leaders Vision Magazine
primarily provides digital media, editorial services, and promotional
features, physical returns generally do not apply.
Returns will only be considered
in the following limited situations:
· A physical print copy is damaged during delivery
· A physical copy is defective
· The wrong product was delivered
Return requests must be
submitted within four (4) working days of delivery.

Refund
Policy
Digital
Services & Editorial Features
All payments for the following
services are non-refundable:
· Cover story features
· Editorial interviews
· Sponsored placements
· Digital promotions
· Branding and PR exposure packages
· Subscriptions (digital or print)
Once work has commenced or a
feature has been scheduled, refunds will not be issued.
Dissatisfaction based on editorial preference, personal expectations, or
business outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
Approved
Refund Scenarios (Physical Products Only)
If a return request is approved
due to a damaged or defective physical product:
Customers may choose either:
· A replacement copy at no additional cost, or
· A full refund
Refunds will be issued to
the original payment method or to a bank account provided by
the customer.
Refund
Processing Time
Once a return has been approved
and the item received (if applicable):
· Refunds are processed within 14–21 business days
· A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
