Jennifer Rae Stine: Guiding Dreams Into Reality Through Purpose-Driven Marketing

For Jennifer Rae Stine, success is more than a milestone. It’s a shared journey—one where helping others thrive is the true reward. Her path has been guided by an unwavering belief in people and the power of purpose-driven branding. That belief led her to create Fortune Web Marketing, a full-service agency designed to elevate businesses through smart, strategic marketing with a strong digital backbone.
Since 2008, under Jennifer’s leadership, Fortune Web Marketing has emerged as a trusted partner to growing brands, helping clients connect authentically with their audiences and bring bold visions to life.
A Leap Guided by Instinct and Purpose
Armed with a degree in Telecommunications and a minor in English from The Pennsylvania State University, followed by an MBA in Marketing from NYIT, Jennifer began her career in the financial services sector in New York. Despite outward success, she felt disconnected and uninspired.
“I reached a point where I wasn’t being challenged creatively. As a young woman in that space, I often felt dismissed. That wasn’t the environment where I wanted to spend the rest of my career,” she recalls.
So, she made a bold decision. Leaving corporate life behind, she launched Fortune Web Marketing—a step that would eventually grow into a multi-location agency with a unique identity and a powerful mission.
Today, Jennifer leads a team of 18 across three offices, with another expansion underway. She also co-owns Photobomb Productions, LLP, a video and live stream production company. Despite her success, her focus remains on small and mid-sized businesses, where she sees passion, grit, and untapped potential.
“These business owners are visionaries. They live their brand every day. I’m proud to help them share their message with the world,” she says.
Built on Vision, Fueled by Culture
Jennifer wears many hats at Fortune Web Marketing: strategist, mentor, creative lead, and visionary. Yet her leadership style is rooted in trust. “I believe in empowering my team. I have oversight over everything, but I do not micromanage. When people believe in themselves, they create their best work.”
Her team includes experts in SEO, content creation, social media, design, and video production—each handpicked not only for skill but for their shared commitment to client success.
As President, Jennifer is deeply involved in sales, business development, strategic planning, and public speaking engagements. She also oversees training, operations, and financial management.
The company’s mantra, “Rock the web… and beyond,” reflects a culture that celebrates innovation and transparency. “We are honest, direct, and realistic with our clients. If something won’t work, we say so. We don’t just sell services—we build partnerships based on results.”
Jennifer has also cultivated a strong sense of belonging within her organization. “Everyone who works with us—clients, vendors, or team members—is part of the FWM family. We’re in this together.”
Balancing Passion with Presence
Entrepreneur. Mother. Producer. Philanthropist. Balancing these roles is no small feat. Jennifer admits that managing her time across businesses and personal life is a constant work in progress.
“There are days I’m clocking 16 to 20 hours. But I’ve learned to make room for what matters most—my son, my family, and when I can, myself,” she shares. Her 10-year-old son is already showing signs of following in her footsteps, often accompanying her on production shoots and earning the title of “camera operator in training.”
Jennifer is candid about the mental toll the past few years have taken, especially during the pandemic. But through resilience and community support, she’s found ways to keep moving forward.
Her commitment to philanthropy remains a grounding force. As a board member for multiple non-profits, she believes in giving back and making space for others to rise.
Empowerment Through Leadership
Jennifer’s leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity and empowerment. She believes that transformational leadership stems from the ability to inspire and uplift others.
“True leadership happens when you help others believe in themselves. Whether that’s within your team or your community, creating change starts with encouragement,” she says.
Her message to aspiring women leaders is clear: “Trust your instincts. Be bold. Stay passionate. And above all, never forget to help others along the way. Empowered people empower others.”
Looking Ahead: Expanding Horizons
The road ahead is filled with promise for Jennifer and her team. With Fortune Web Marketing branching into new industries—including cannabis—and Photobomb Productions expanding rapidly, the future looks bright.
“We’ve branded our focus around six key verticals: Commercial, Consumer, Cannabis, Experiences, Medical, and Non-Profits. Each one is an opportunity to create something meaningful,” she shares.
Jennifer’s plans are both ambitious and rooted in a desire to create lasting impact. “We’re building something expansive. Something that reflects who we are and where we’re going.”
In every project, every pitch, and every campaign, Jennifer Rae
Stine is driven by one goal: to help others succeed. It’s not just marketing.
It’s a mission.
